Home Care Multiplier — Privacy Policy

This is a working draft. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel.

Last updated: September 24, 2026

Home Care Multiplier is an educational media and business-growth platform for home care agency owners. It is operated by Dale Corpus, SRES, RCFE, through Simplify Senior Transitions. This Privacy Policy explains how Home Care Multiplier and Simplify Senior Transitions ("Home Care Multiplier," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through www.homecaremultiplier.com and related forms, pages, communications, and services that link to this Policy. It does not necessarily apply to third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.

By using the website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you voluntarily provide and limited information generated when you use the website.

Information you provide directly

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Your name;
  • Email address;
  • Home care agency or company name;
  • Job title, role, or professional information;
  • Optional telephone number;
  • The content of your questions, messages, inquiries, or other communications;
  • Information submitted through the free scorecard or self-assessment;
  • Information submitted through a newsletter interest or subscription form;
  • Information about a potential guest, sponsor, partner, or business relationship;
  • Information submitted in connection with a Clarity Session inquiry or questionnaire;
  • Information necessary to schedule or administer a paid Clarity Session; and
  • Any other information you choose to provide.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account passwords, health information, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email unless we specifically request it through an appropriate secure process.

Booking and payment information

Paid 30-minute Home Care Agency Growth & Value Clarity Sessions are booked through Calendly and paid through PayPal. Calendly and PayPal may collect information necessary to schedule, process, authenticate, and document a transaction, including contact information, appointment details, payment information, and transaction information.

We do not intend to receive or store your complete payment-card number through the Home Care Multiplier website. Payment information is handled by PayPal according to PayPal's own terms and privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

The website may receive limited technical information as part of ordinary website operation, hosting, and security. Depending on the hosting configuration, this may include:

  • IP address;
  • Browser and device type;
  • Operating system;
  • Date and time of a request;
  • Requested pages or files;
  • Referring website;
  • Basic network and security information; and
  • Error or diagnostic information.

Home Care Multiplier does not use Google Analytics and does not have advertising, retargeting, or similar tracking pixels installed on the website.

The specific types of hosting logs we maintain, and how long they are kept, depend on our hosting configuration. We will update this Policy if our technical configuration changes or if additional tracking technologies are enabled.

Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use strictly necessary cookies or comparable technologies required for functions such as security, page delivery, form operation, or session management.

We do not currently use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or similar technologies for cross-context behavioral advertising. For additional information, see the Home Care Multiplier Cookie Notice.

2. How We Use Information

We may use personal information to:

  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website;
  • Respond to questions, inquiries, and correspondence;
  • Review and respond to guest, sponsor, partner, or business inquiries;
  • Provide requested educational content or resources;
  • Administer the free scorecard or self-assessment;
  • Send newsletters or other email communications when you affirmatively opt in;
  • Schedule and administer Clarity Sessions;

  • Carry out another purpose disclosed at or before the time information is collected, or otherwise permitted by law.

We do not use website information to provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, clinical, regulatory, or formal valuation advice. Home Care Multiplier provides educational content and general business-growth guidance only.

Email communications

If you affirmatively subscribe to our newsletter through a form or other sign-up process, we may use your name and email address to send newsletters and related communications through Mailchimp.

You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting us at dale@simplifyseniortransitions.com. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not necessarily stop transactional or administrative communications, such as appointment confirmations or responses to a direct inquiry.

3. Sources of Personal Information

We collect personal information from:

  • You, when you submit a form, send an email, schedule a session, complete a questionnaire, subscribe to the newsletter, or otherwise contact us;
  • Calendly, in connection with scheduling;
  • PayPal, in connection with payment processing and transaction records;
  • Service providers that operate website, email, form, hosting, scheduling, payment, customer relationship, or business systems;
  • Your browser or device, through ordinary hosting and security logs; and
  • Publicly available or directly provided business-contact information, when relevant to a guest, sponsor, partner, or business inquiry.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients for business and operational purposes:

Service providers

We may disclose information to vendors that provide services on our behalf, including:

  • Calendly, for appointment scheduling and related booking administration;
  • PayPal, for payment processing and transaction administration;
  • Mailchimp, for newsletter distribution and email-management services when you opt in;
  • Gmail and Google, for correspondence and questionnaire submissions sent to or managed through dale@simplifyseniortransitions.com;
  • Our website hosting provider, for website hosting, delivery, and security;
  • Google Sheets, where used for organizing submissions or internal records; and
  • HubSpot, where used for contact, lead, or customer relationship management.

Where we use these systems, they are subject to the limits described in this Policy.

Service providers are expected to use information only as needed to provide services to us, subject to their contracts, policies, and applicable law.

Legal, safety, and compliance disclosures

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

  • Comply with a subpoena, court order, law, regulation, or lawful governmental request;
  • Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
  • Investigate fraud, security incidents, abuse, or suspected unlawful conduct;
  • Protect the rights, property, or safety of Home Care Multiplier, Simplify Senior Transitions, our users, or others; or
  • Enforce our terms, policies, or agreements.

Business transfers

If all or part of Home Care Multiplier, Simplify Senior Transitions, or related assets are sold, transferred, reorganized, financed, or combined with another business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and any required notices.

With your direction or consent

We may disclose information when you ask us to do so, give us permission, or reasonably expect the disclosure based on the context in which you provided the information.

5. User-Submitted Content

If you submit a question, testimonial, guest inquiry, sponsor inquiry, partner inquiry, questionnaire response, scorecard response, or other content, we may use it to respond to you, evaluate your request, provide requested services, improve our materials, or manage the relevant business relationship.

We will not publicly publish your private questionnaire responses or personal contact information without your permission, unless disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary for a disclosed business purpose.

If you voluntarily submit content intended for publication, such as a testimonial, guest biography, business description, or podcast information, that content may be used for the purposes discussed with you and subject to any separate permission or agreement.

6. California Privacy Information

Our current CCPA/CPRA status

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), applies only to businesses meeting specified legal requirements. Based on the information currently available, Home Care Multiplier believes it likely does not currently meet the CCPA's general business-applicability thresholds.

Whether these thresholds apply depends on the specific facts about a business, and the position can change as a business grows or changes how it handles personal information. We will review this section as our circumstances change, and we will update this Policy if the CCPA becomes applicable.

Thresholds and legal requirements may change. This section is not a representation that the CCPA does or does not apply in every circumstance.

Even if the CCPA does not currently apply, we provide the following practical process for California residents and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.

Categories of personal information

Depending on what you submit or what is technically collected, we may collect or process the following California categories:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, telephone number, IP address, and similar identifiers;
  • Commercial and transaction information: Clarity Session booking information, appointment history, payment-related records, and transaction details received from or generated through Calendly or PayPal;
  • Professional or employment-related information: agency or company name, job title, business role, and information about professional activities;
  • Internet or network activity: browsing, device, referral, request, or interaction information that may appear in ordinary hosting or security logs;
  • Inferences: only if we actually generate an inference from information collected, such as a general scorecard result or business-interest classification; and
  • Sensitive personal information: only if you voluntarily provide information that qualifies as sensitive personal information under California law.

We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information through ordinary forms. If you voluntarily provide it, we will use and disclose it only as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which you submitted it, for security, legal compliance, or another purpose permitted by law.

Business and commercial purposes

We may collect or disclose these categories for purposes such as:

  • Providing and maintaining the website;
  • Responding to inquiries;
  • Scheduling and administering Clarity Sessions;
  • Processing payments;
  • Sending opted-in newsletters;
  • Managing leads and business relationships;
  • Securing systems and preventing fraud;
  • Improving services and content;
  • Complying with legal obligations; and
  • Supporting business transactions.

Sale and sharing

Specifically:

  • We do not intentionally sell personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration;
  • We do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
  • We do not use Google Analytics;
  • We do not use advertising or retargeting pixels; and
  • We do not operate a data-broker business.

Disclosures to service providers such as Calendly, PayPal, Mailchimp, Gmail/Google, website hosting providers, Google Sheets, or HubSpot, where used, are intended to support our business operations and are not intended to be sales or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If we later enable analytics, advertising, retargeting, or another technology that could constitute a sale or sharing under applicable law, we will update this Policy before activation and provide any legally required opt-out, consent, preference, or other mechanism.

California rights

Subject to applicable legal limitations, a California resident may have the right to:

  1. Know or access the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected, the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients;
  2. Delete personal information, subject to legal and operational exceptions;
  3. Correct inaccurate personal information;
  4. Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, if we engage in activity that constitutes a sale or sharing under the CCPA;
  5. Limit the use or disclosure of sensitive personal information, where applicable;
  6. Receive equal treatment for exercising privacy rights; and
  7. Use an authorized agent to submit a request on the resident's behalf, subject to applicable verification requirements.

Because we do not currently intentionally sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not currently operate a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" process for such activity. If that changes, we will provide the required mechanism and honor applicable opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control where required.

California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)

The California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA") separately requires commercial websites and online services that collect personal information from California residents to post a privacy policy that, among other things, identifies: (a) the categories of personal information collected; (b) the categories of third parties with whom that personal information may be shared; (c) the process (if any) by which a consumer can review and request changes to their personal information; (d) how consumers can learn about material changes to the privacy policy; and (e) the policy's effective date.

This Privacy Policy is intended to satisfy those CalOPPA requirements. For convenience, please see: Information We Collect (categories of personal information), How We Disclose Personal Information (categories of third parties), California rights and How to submit a California request (process to review, request access, correction, or deletion), Changes to This Privacy Policy (how we post changes), and the Last updated date at the top of this Policy.

Do Not Track and opt-out preference signals

Some browsers and browser extensions transmit a "Do Not Track" ("DNT") signal. There is no uniform industry standard for interpreting DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to DNT signals.

If we later operate a cookie banner, cookie manager, or consent and preference management tool, we will describe its effect in this Privacy Policy and/or a cookie notice, including how it interacts with any browser-based signals.

As described above, we currently do not use analytics or advertising/retargeting technologies. If we later implement analytics, advertising, retargeting, or other technologies that constitute selling or sharing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and California law applies, we will recognize and honor valid opt-out preference signals (including Global Privacy Control) where required and will provide a clear opt-out mechanism. We will update this section before those technologies are enabled.

How to submit a California request

To submit a privacy request, contact us at:

  • Email: dale@simplifyseniortransitions.com
  • Phone: 925-318-8408
  • Mail: Home Care Multiplier, 11040 Bollinger Canyon Road, Suite E-143, San Ramon, CA 94582

Please identify yourself as a California privacy-requestor and state the request you are making, such as "Request to Know," "Request to Delete," "Request to Correct," "Request to Opt Out," or "Request to Limit."

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. We will not request more information than reasonably necessary for verification and will not require you to create an account to submit a request.

An authorized agent may submit a request by contacting us. We may require proof that the consumer authorized the agent and may separately verify the consumer's identity as permitted by law. A parent or legal guardian may submit a request for a minor where permitted by law.

We generally intend to acknowledge a verifiable request within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. When permitted, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days after providing notice. Timing and procedures may differ depending on the request, applicable law, verification needs, and legal exceptions.

We may deny or limit a request when permitted or required by law, including when disclosure would create a security risk, violate another person's rights, interfere with legal obligations, or require retention of information for a permitted purpose. If we deny a request, we will explain the reason to the extent required.

7. Retention of Personal Information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including providing services, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, complying with law, and protecting security.

Retention periods may vary by category:

  • General inquiries and correspondence: ordinarily retained while the inquiry or relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
  • Newsletter information: retained while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period after unsubscribing to maintain suppression and compliance records;
  • Scorecard and self-assessment information: retained as reasonably necessary to provide the resource, respond to the user, improve the program, and maintain appropriate business records;
  • Clarity Session information: retained as reasonably necessary to schedule and provide the session, communicate with the participant, maintain business records, and comply with legal or tax obligations;
  • Payment and transaction records: retained for the period required or reasonably appropriate for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legal compliance;
  • Guest, sponsor, and partner information: retained while the relationship or inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward;
  • Hosting and security logs: retained according to our hosting provider's configuration and security practices; and
  • Suppression and opt-out records: retained as reasonably necessary to honor unsubscribe, deletion, opt-out, and other preference requests.

When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete it, de-identify it, or securely dispose of it, subject to backups, legal obligations, and technical limitations.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure.

No website, email system, online form, cloud service, or method of transmission is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed as a result of a security incident or failure of safeguards.

If we become aware of a legally reportable security incident involving personal information, we will provide notices required by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Websites and Services

The website may link to or interact with third-party websites and services, including Calendly, PayPal, Mailchimp, YouTube, podcast platforms, social-media platforms, or other resources.

Those third parties may collect information directly from you and operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third-party services. You should review the applicable third party's policies before using the service or submitting information.

10. Children's Privacy

Home Care Multiplier is intended for business owners, professionals, and a general adult audience. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at dale@simplifyseniortransitions.com. If we learn that we collected such information without legally required consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. United States Audience and International Transfers

Home Care Multiplier is operated for a United States audience. Our service providers may process, store, or access information in the United States or other countries where they operate.

Privacy protections in other countries may differ from those in your state or country. When information is transferred internationally, we will rely on measures and legal mechanisms required or permitted by applicable law.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, service providers, legal requirements, or business operations.

We will post the updated Policy on the website and revise the "Last updated" date above. If we adopt an effective date in a future version, we will post it here. If we add analytics, advertising, retargeting pixels, cross-context behavioral advertising, or another materially different processing activity, we will update this Policy before activating that activity and provide any legally required notice, consent, opt-out, or preference mechanism.

Your continued use of the website after an updated Policy is posted means that you acknowledge the updated Policy, subject to any rights or notices required by law.
